What if I’m not flexible?
This is the most common misconception that prevents people from coming. Yoga is not about how flexible you are, but about strengthening your muscles and spine in all directions. All that matters is you try your best and you will receive 100% of the benefits, physiologically and medically.
What is the proper outfit for Bikram Yoga?
Wear something tight, shorts and tank top. you will sweat buckets!

What should I do before practicing Bikram Yoga?
